[轉載] 銷售網站指DRM導致大量求助查詢

歐洲的大型音樂銷售網站 Musicload 指出，現時約有四份之三的求助查詢都是由於 DRM 問題困擾顧客，並指 DRM 使用上的麻煩影響了音樂的銷量及業務發展。Musicload 的系統現在容許獨立唱片公司選擇以 DRM-free 方式售賣音樂，實際情況顯示自去年十二月開始，使用 DRM-free 的音樂銷量有四成增長，增加了網站及唱片公司的收入。
