Borland ( 蘭 寶 ) 將 在 本 年 六 用 推 出 InterBase for Linux 。 Linux 版 的 InterBase 將 會 建 基 於 InterBase 4 及 將 在 年 尾 推 出 的 5 。 這 算 是 首 次 有 大 的 RDBMS 生 產 商 注 意 到 Linux 的 潛 力 ， 值 得 鼓 舞 也 期 望 Delphi for Linux 為 期 不 遠 。
